## My Story

The background image of this site has a bit of my personal story:
- **The mountains**: I was born in Ziano di Fiemme, a small city located in Fiemme Valley - in the heart of Trentino (Italy). Fiemme Valley recently co-hosted the [2026 Olympics](https://www.olympics.com/en/milano-cortina-2026/territories/predazzo). The mountains in the image (Cime della Val di Sadole) can be seen from my hometown.
- **The Golden Gate Bridge:** I grew up with an international mindset and a deep interest in innovation. When I was 17, I was fascinated by the use of technology to improve health outcomes. So I co-founded [Ponterosso](https://ponterosso.eu/).
- **The penguin**: penguins are my favorite animals. They are relentless walkers, friendly, and adaptable. Fun fact: I always receive penguin plushes as a birthday gift. I have around 40 of them at home (and counting)!
I challenge myself as a marathon (and trail) runner and like to experiment with Personal Knowledge Management (PKM) and Quantified-Self approaches.
